On SEPT. 9TH you will turn your raffel item into ME. At that time I will give you 10 BBQ TICKETS. You are REQUIRED to sell AT LEAST 5 tickets. All MONEY and unsold tickets are due to ME on SEPT. 23RD.

LIST THE CHEERLEADERS FIRST AND LAST NAME WITH HER CELL PHONE NUMBER AND THEN
SET UP A SEPARATE ACCOUNT WITH PARENTS NAME AND CELL PHONE. THIS WILL HELP US
TO SET UP THE GROUPS FOR RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES. SOMETIMES THE TEXT WILL
NEED TO GO TO THE PARENT AND SOMETIMES COACH WILL ONLY TEXT THE CHEERLEADERS.
THE SERVICE WILL SEND YOU A VALIDATION CODE AND YOU MUST WAIT FOR THE CODE
AND ENTER IT FOR YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE REGISTERED.
THAT’S IT!! THIS IS A FREE SERVICE !!
I KNOW WE HAVE 3-4 PEOPLE WHO EITHER DO NOT HAVE CELL PHONES OR DO NOT HAVE
TEXTING. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE YOU WILL NEED TO GET A "BUDDY" TO

MANDATORY RAFFLE FUNDRAISER!!!!!!

MOUNTAIN CHEER CLASSIC RAFFLE

RAFFLE – THIS IS A MANDATORY FUNDRAISER !!

Each child is responsible for turning in at least one item with a minimum of 20.00 value. The item can be donated from a local business or you can purchase a restaurant gift card or merchant gift card. There is plenty of time for the girls to get donations from local businesses.

We will compile a list of all 50 items. We will draw the raffle tickets during the Mountain Cheer Classic on October 4th. There will be at least 50 chances to win.

The cheerleaders will sell the raffle tickets at the football games and we will also set up a table and sell them at the competition. They will be given a sheet with all the raffle items on it and will sell the tickets for 1.00 each.

The deadline for turning in raffle items is Monday September 9TH. Please make sure to put your name on the item you are donating, so I can mark you off the list.

Here are some examples of items you can get donated….or you can purchase

A round of golf, a one month tanning membership, a nail salon gift certificate, a car wash or oil change, a restaurant gift card, Tickets to a sporting event, basket of items from bath and body works, starbucks card, Blockbuster Gift Card. If you go to a restaurant, tanning place, or nail salon on a regular basis….it is usually easy to get them to donate something of a 20.00 value.
