TUESDAY, SEPT. 30, 2008

• YOUR RAFFLE MONEY IS DUE!!! You HAVE TO turn in a MINIMUM of $20 and the 20 raffle ticket stubs with the persons name, address, and phone number. If you received more raffle tickets, please turn them in at this time.
• WEAR a white t-shirt and black shorts to practice. REMEMBER you needs shoes!
• Be READY to go AT 3:45!

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 1, 2008

THURSDAY, OCT. 2, 2008

• WEAR your PINK t-shirt to school. COME BY MY ROOM IN THE MORNING TO GET CHECKED OFF!!!! NO excuses!
• Report to my room IMMEDIATLEY after school to check your GAME DAY DUTIES.
• Whoever has the run-thru for the McEachern game, please have it delivered IMMEDIATELY after school to my room. We will tape it upstairs in the 600 commons area. This seems to be working!
• This is an away game, so PLAN YOUR RIDES now!!!
• Remember - if you have still not turned in your BBQ money/tickets you will NOT cheer until you have done so. If you did not turn in your raffle money/tickets on time - you will sit one quarter and if you have not turned in your raffle money/tickets by today - you will NOT cheer until you have done so.

VERY IMPORTANT NEWS ABOUT FRESHMAN FOOTBALL GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• ALL freshman football games will begin at 5:00 p.m. from now on. This means, your rides must be there to pick you up by 6:30 p.m. after our games.

FRIDAY, OCT. 3, 2008

• You are REQUIRED to stay after school today to help set up for the Mountain Cheer Classic on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008. We should be done around 5:00 p.m.

SATURDAY, OCT. 4, 2008

• Mountain Cheer Classic - your attendance is MANDATORY! All duty stations and arrival times are listed on my previous post.

FUNDRAISING, THURSDAY'S GAME, & CHEER CLASSIC

BBQ Tickets -
1.) I have NOT received money and BBQ tickets back from the following people:

• Aubrey
• Briana
• Emma
• Madison
• Wynn

2.) If you do NOT bring me $35 and 5 tickets by Thursday, YOU WILL NOT CHEER THURSDAY'S GAME!

3.) YOU WILL NOT CHEER AT ALL UNTIL YOUR MONEY AND BBQ TICKETS ARE TURNED IN!!!!

Raffle Tickets -
1.) You are REQUIRED to sell AT LEAST 20 tickets.

2.) Your money (MINIMUM of $20) is DUE to me on SEPT. 30th, 2008.

3.) You will NOT CHEER Thursday's game, OCT. 2nd, 2008 if your money has not been turned in.

4.) You will NOT CHEER AT ALL until your money is received for the raffle tickets.

* I have placed an order for more raffle tickets and will let you know as soon as I get them.

* REMEMBER, the girl that sells THE MOST tickets will win a prize bag worth $100.

Thursday, Sept. 25th -

• Wear your BLUE/TEAL T-SHIRTS to school today. You need to come by and see me in the morning to get checked off. MOST of you are doing a FAB job with this!
• Whoever has the South Cobb run-thru, please have it delivered IMMEDIATELY after school. Again, we will tape the run-thru upstairs in the 600 commons area. NICE JOB LAST WEEK LADIES!
• EVERYONE NEEDS TO REPORT TO MY CLASSROOM IMMEDIATLEY AFTER SCHOOL!
• Check your game-day duties BEFORE you do anything else!
• Competition cheerleaders - remember to put your uniform on BEFORE you go to competition practice and that you need to leave AT 4:30.

Friday, Oct. 3rd, 2008 -

• You are REQUIRED to stay after school on Friday to help set up for the Cheer Classic on Saturday (see below). We should be done by 5 or 5:30, but you will be dismissed WHEN WE ARE ALL DONE! No excuses!!!!

• Whoever took the poles home from our game last Thursday, THANK YOU, and please bring them back today. Again, WE really appreciate you taking them so our boys could FINALLY have a run-thru!
